Australian Research Council

Australian Research Council (ARC) funding is competitively awarded to researchers working in all academic fields except health and medical research.

The ARC requires researchers to submit grant applications via their institution's research office. At UQ, this is the Research Office within UQ Research and Innovation (UQ R&I).

The Research Office is also responsible for the central administration of successful ARC grants, including grant establishment, lodgement of post-award variations and non-financial ARC reporting

All researchers are able to auto-populate their research output data into their RMS person profiles and application forms by using their ORCID. Further information is available from the ARC website
