THis is a free software and skills training website that provides UQ students and staff with access to an extensive library of online training, including courses on building resiliencemindfulnessmanaging stress, and embracing change.

UQ’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, also offers confidential counselling, coaching and support on a broad range of personal and work related matters including stress and wellbeing, career counselling, and general money advice (not specialist financiial planning).

The University provides up to six free EAP sessions to all UQ staff members and their immediate family, and can be contacted on 1300 360 364.

Additional support, resources and information can also be obtained through the EAPDirect online service.

Managers may also access the services, advice and information provided by the EAP through the Manager Assist program
