The DVC-R has launched a strategy to bolster and diversify the University’s international competitive grant income. A component of this strategic initiative is the engagement of a US consultancy group, McAllister & Quinn (M&Q), who provide targeted guidance and grant writing/proposal development support to engage US Federal Government competitive research funding.

To facilitate this initial stage of engagement with M&Q, the DVC-R has opened a call for internal Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from UQ teams with research programs positioning for US Federal competitive funding.

Successful applicants will have the unique opportunity of receiving bespoke assistance from M&Q to develop a highly-competitive application targeted to carefully selected US Federal funding schemes.

How to Apply

  • Official announcements and UQ R&I updates regarding this internal EOI process will be sent via the Mailing List.

Key Resources for Completing the EOI

A key component of this call for EOIs is a package of training materials specifically designed to assist applicants in preparing high-quality, competitive submissions.

The OSR International team is hosting a series of workshops and webinars via Zoom to support potential applicants in the EOI process. Sessions are open to all members of the UQ research community:
