About NHMRC’s new grant program public consultation on peer review

NHMRC is hosting a series of public fora across Australia between 29 September and 24 November 2017 on peer review in the new grant program. The Brisbane-based public forum is scheduled as follows:

The Brisbane Forum will be an excellent opportunity for UQ researchers to learn about the new grant program and its peer review from NHMRC CEO, Professor Anne Kelso AO. Her presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and an opportunity for comments and suggestions. A public consultation paper will accompany the public fora and will be available on NHMRC’s website shortly.

Registrations are now open and places are limited. Attendance from UQ researchers in relevant disciplines is encouraged. Researchers may register their attendance via the NHMRC website.

Further information about the NHMRC New Grant Program Consultation on Peer Review public fora, including the details of the sessions occurring in the other capital cities, is available on the NHMRC website.
