Writing grant applications and seeking funding for your research can be a tough gig, especially for scholars early in their career. This session will provide guidance on a range of aspects of the grant writing process – including tips on how to craft your research plan, highlight your track record relative to opportunity and frame your budget – focusing on potential applicants to the UQ Early Career Researcher scheme and the ARC Discovery Early Career Researcher Award, while also offering insights for interested PhD candidates across the Faculty.
